axtrax is specifically designed to manage employees with a single device. So all you need is a smartphone or tablet running Android. You can use your personal device or a separate device dedicated to your business.

Android is by far the most adaptable operating system available. Android currently powers over 71% of all mobile devices worldwide. Because Android + axtrax is mobile, it will be available anywhere with mobile broadband connectivity, even when Wi-Fi is unavailable. Even if your business is in an area where power is scarce, the built-in batteries in most Android devices can last a day or two. As a small or medium-sized business, Android will never break the bank because there are Android devices in every price range.

Important : Android devices must have Google Play Services installed. Otherwise axtrax wont work.

Important : axtrax uses the widely adopted "7 minutes rounding method" when rounding out time for calculations. Simply, the method rounds time to the nearest 15-minute increment. An example table is given below.
